12:00pm – Small Group helpers arrive

Introducing MoveIn
Pray for neighbours (use family prayer cards) and event
Boil water in urn for drinks

12:30pm

Team 1: Decorate lobby
Team 2: Hand out packages on floors 7 and 8, then go to lobby
Team 3: Prepare and set up food and drinks
Team 4: Pray

1:00pm

Team 1: Stay in lobby until Team 2 arrives, then hand out packages on ground floor, and floors 1 and 2, then back to lobby
Cathy and Chai Hong coming with balloon animal making
Team 2: Lobby
Team 3: Hand out packages on floors 3 and 4, then pray
Team 4: Hand out packages on floors 5 and 6, then pray

Team 1: Gift packing
Team 2: Pray
Team 3: Gift packing
Team 4: Lobby

Teams 4 and 3: Clean up lobby- sweep, mop if needed
